House panel launches ‘VA Accountability Watch;’ we translate it into a handy dandy map

If you’re looking for a local angle about the inner foibles at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the House Committee on Veterans Affairs has you covered. A few days ago, it launched “VA Accountability Watch,” which it says is “dedicated to showing America’s veterans and American taxpayers how the department’s widespread and systemic lack of accountability may actually be encouraging more veteran suffering instead of preventing it.”
