Medill screening of Foley documentary draws big crowd to remember journalist’s life

EVANSTON, Ill. — The Daily Northwestern covered the May 20 screening of “Jim: The James Foley Story” at the Medill School of Journalism, writing that Foley’s mother and documentary director Brian Oakes as well as other Northwestern University documentary producers discussed both the making of the film and its effect on them.
