In response to the coronavirus pandemic, U.S. Army Europe has cancelled a host of exercises linked to Defender Europe 20 and redeployed troops back to the United States.

U.S. Army Europe hosted the free, 11-city rock concert tour as part of its Defender-20 Europe Goodwill Outreach Tour from Feb. 28 to March 12. The tour was an effort to “build trust and confidence among the civilian populations” that will be affected by the exercises.
