Former FISA court judge: changes to the court “not warranted”

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court has come in for a lot of criticism as the result of the Edward Snow revelations about how the government gains access to millions of Americans’ phone records with the acquiesence of the FISC. But a former FISC judge says that the need to reform FISC is mostly overblown.
